Here are a few of my favorite kitchen items.
FAVORITE HERB TO USE: fresh thyme
FAVORITE BRUNCH ITEM: chickpea omelette with various toppings/sides. Waffles.
FAVORITE MEAT REPLACER: mushrooms (oyster, chanterelles, portobellos)
FAVORITE HERBAL TEA BLENDS: sarsaparilla/yellowdock/burdock root, nettle/dandelion leaves. Ginger
FAVORITE GREENS: callaloo (amaranth greens), lacinato kale, arugula
FAVORITE INGREDIENT: black chickpeas (kala chana)
FAVORITE SUPERFOODS: hemp seeds, goji berries, camu camu, sea moss, sea vegetables (chlorella, dulse flakes, nori, kelp, kombu)
FRIDGE STAPLES: fresh fruits and veggies
PANTRY STAPLES: quinoa, chickpeas, nuts,
FAVORITE 5-INGREDIENT RECIPE: hemp milk! Just add water, seeds, sweetener, pinch of salt and a date. Blend and serve!
